 However, all products are carefully selected to meet consistent quality standards. Kien Xi agarwood is a type of natural Vietnamese agarwood (wild oud) formed through insect activity on Aquilaria trees, without any artificial induction methods. Over time, the tree produces resin as a natural defense mechanism, creating agarwood with a pure and complex scent profile. 

 Each piece is hand-selected and manually trimmed from resin-rich sections, using only mechanical processes to preserve the integrity of the wood and its essential oil content. This results in a fragrance that is light, sweet, and deeply layered, offering a truly authentic oud experience that is difficult to replicate.

 The chips feature long grain patterns, thin fibers, and dark resin lines, often with slightly rough and darker surfaces due to prolonged natural resin formation.
