Drilled agarwood is a form of cultivated Vietnamese agarwood created using a technique where small holes are drilled into the tree and inoculated with natural biological enzymes to stimulate resin (oil) formation. This process accelerates the development of agarwood compared to wild forest formation, while still preserving the characteristic scent of natural oud.
These agarwood chips are carefully selected from batches with consistent quality and stable oil content, making them suitable for home fragrance, daily burning, meditation, and relaxation spaces.
Each piece is shaped with a slight natural curve, uniform in size for convenience in use and storage. The dark brown to black tones reflect a relatively good level of resin accumulation. Non-resinous white wood has been removed, leaving behind the oil-rich agarwood layers for a better burning experience.
The scent profile is warm, soft, and easy to enjoy, not overly strong—perfect for those seeking a balanced, daily-use oud aroma.
